
Gina Arnold Fake
Director of Marketing
Gina Arnold Fake is the Director of Marketing at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute (ISI), where she shapes the strategic vision for a brand that reaches more than 100,000 students, academics, and supporters. After joining ISI in 2021 as its first Social Media Manager, Gina advanced to Marketing Project Manager & Strategist in 2022 and Deputy Chief of Staff in 2024. Promoted again in July 2025, she now directs the overarching strategy for the Marketing Department.
Gina leads the production of ISI’s Annual Report, curates the flagship Intercollegiate Review newsletter, designs print collateral for major initiatives, and authors email campaigns and press releases. Partnering closely with technical and design teams, she continuously optimizes ISI.org to uphold brand standards and advance ISI’s broader mission.
Earlier in her career, Gina delivered internal communication tools and marketing projects for IBM, Ford, a London tech start-up, and a New York architecture firm. She earned a B.B.A. in Management with a minor in Humanities from Villanova University’s School of Business.
Originally from Putnam County, New York, Gina now lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with her husband and two children.
